Before working with a new client, I make sure that we are a good fit. I request potential clients share their expectations, and what is most important to get out of the session. Once it is decided we are on the same page; an in depth questionnaire will be sent to the clients email address. Once completed, the booking calendar will be sent, along with location recommendations. 

For regular sessions, the retainer for booking is 25% of your total invoice. The retainer is required in order to finalize booking. However, if you are booking a mini session or you are attending an event session, the payment is required in full before the session.

Yes! We offer basic retouching as a part of our service. However, if you are looking to have drastic changes, such as taking people out of pictures, nip and tucks, detailed composite work, then there will be an added fee.

I ask that you give me 3 weeks to get your photos edited and delivered. If I can get them done before the 3 weeks, I definitely will. For those that need a fast turn around, I offer a 72 hour turn around for $399.

Potential clients should always provide their expectations. When expectations are given during the initial contact, the vetting process becomes easier. Ask the photographer if they are able to provide the style you envision, and to provide examples. If their portfolio doesn’t not align with your vision, it may not be a good fit. Also, make sure your start to finish timeline works within your photographers timeline. The editing process can fluctuate, depending on the season.

Our invoicing system allows us to accept any major credit card. If you would like to pay cash, it must be paid prior to session.
